Be part of the fridgegalleryproject

please send a jpeg of your fridge art to

knightonart@gmail.com

These temporary drawings are about the colourful people around me

I don't take pictures of many of my efforts

so send a jpeg and reunite it with this project! Feel free to share a detail or two about yourself: it adds a whole dimension to this project.

Please comment on art in our city.

How you interact with it.

Process

Backgrounds for my casual impression are chosen from printed material. They are Illustrated on top of chosen horoscopes, ads, photos, headlines and even on triple x pages. Drawings are made quickly and spontaneously with a unforgiving sharpie. With heads in constant motion, drinking, laughing my renderings develop a life of their own and are rarely photographaphicly realistic.

Did my drawing made it home? Spark a conversation or reaction? Feel free to comment or contribute, tweet or Facebook. If u visit please leave a mark!

If you would like a photo for reproduction please indicate the post and description and I will create a printable PDF.

Thank you

David Knighton,

Casual Impressionist
